2. Organizer Initiated Refunds:

2.1 Event Cancellation by the Organizer: If an organizer cancels an event, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund, including any fees, will be initiated.

2.2 Refund Process: Refunds for events canceled by organizers will be processed automatically. Customers do not need to take any action to initiate these refunds.

3. No-show Policy:
